Get ready to successfully use commercial sewing patterns!
Designed for those who are comfortable using their machine, this is a great follow-up to my Basic Sewing Skills class and for anyone who has struggled with - or wants a lower-stress experience with - patterns.
(if scheduling is an issue, it's entirely possible to take this class before learning to use your machine!)
We'll start at the very beginning and uncover the mysteries of the pattern envelope, sizing, layout and cutting, transferring marks, and answer your questions.
Sewing machines are not used in this class.
What to bring
You don't need to bring anything, but you are welcome to bring a pattern/patterns you want to work on and/or fabric/s you are considering!
